Omer is a seasoned fintech entrepreneur and trading industry leader with a passion for building bold, disruptive ventures. With years of hands-on experience in the proprietary trading world, he founded Pipcy to reimagine what trading can be: accessible, engaging, and truly empowering.
What sets Omer apart is his unique ability to bridge deep market insight with product vision. He led the creation of Pipcy’s gamified trading platform from the ground up, an environment where traders sharpen their skills, rise through challenges, and earn real rewards in a completely simulated, risk-free setting.

Snir Ahiel
With over 15 years of experience in Forex, Stocks, and Options markets, Snir brings extensive industry knowledge and a strong passion for helping traders succeed. As co-founder of The5ers.com, a prominent prop firm, he has deep expertise in the trading industry. Snir is dedicated to driving the company’s growth through innovation, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance, ensuring a competitive edge in the prop trading space. He also has extensive experience as an educator, specializing in the Supply and Demand method and risk management.
Vladimir Rybakov
Vladimir Rybakov is a CFTe-certified financial technician with 19 years of market experience. He began as a dealer at a brokerage, later traded proprietary (nostro) funds, and today is a full-time forex trader, mentor, and award-winning educator. A frequent speaker at global trading events, he leads the PIPCY Academy, where he delivers advanced, practical price-action education. Vladimir is also the founder of HomeTraderClub and supports a worldwide community of traders.
